What do you like best about QualSights?

The project we run with Qualsights delivered above expectations: delivered in time (even after last minute scope additions), the teams and support are very easy to work with and always available to give advice and recommendations. We could share a lot of knowledge with the broader company which was highly appreciated, and could spread consumer empathy across borders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QualSights?

No big downsides, the platform is a bit hard to navigate at first but Susan and the team were here to support, on top of training materials available on demand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QualSights?

I used Qualsights quite often as a market researcher at General Mills. I loved that they could get feedback from consumers in the consumers' own environment (their home), and on the consumers timeline. The videos were always very insightful and I got tons of actionable information from the research. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than doing focus groups or online interviews, and I believe the insights were much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QualSights?

QualSights is a complete game changer when it comes to doing qualitative research. Instead of doing only live interviews, I can learn from a large number of people - anywhere in the world - in any langage, and they can answer questions in their own time, in any context. It allows me to learn about consumer behavior in the moment that matters, whether it be in-store, while using the product, or any other appropriate time. I'm a huge fan and will continue to use it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QualSights?

Sometimes it can take a lot of effort to analyze the content of the videos I collect. It's far superior to the other approaches I use for qualitative research, but it does take time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Most of the time we are limited with questions and cannot easily follow-up. Makes it a tool to be used for only certain occassions

What do you like best about QualSights?
