The business hours we have gained back from not having to spend time stuffing envelopes and franking post alone has made this a highly valuable partnership. **What do you dislike about Quadient Impress?** If ever we have to refer to and prove postage for a letter sent in the past this can be difficult to find. That said we have never failed to find a document when needed - it's just slightly difficult to navigate the UX. **What problems is Quadient Impress solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quadient is chiefly managing the outgoing post for PCN's and traffic offences in a busy fleet department for us. Through implementing some process changes alongside the use of Quadient we have been able to improve efficiency in the department hugely. ### 7. The process is fast and efficient and gets to the recipient in an adequate amount of time. **What do you dislike about Quadient Impress?** There is no current issues or concerns to dislike about Quadient Impress **What problems is Quadient Impress solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quadient Impress is helping us solve the use of efficiently sending postal mail without manually going to a post office and using interoffice mail to send documents we receive from different states regarding leave of absence requirements. ### 8. This has saved time and money while improving the deliverability of our mailings. **What do you dislike about Quadient Impress?** I don't have anything to say on this topic. It would be interesting to see what the platform could do from a tracking perspective for the internal team so that they could easily see if a job was still in process, but this can be tracked offline so it's not a deal breaker. **What problems is Quadient Impress solving and how is that benefiting you?** Less money out the door to vendors. Better deliverability because the people handling the mailings are full-time staff of our company and are incentivized to ensure the mailings are accurate. ### 11.
