QNotes Office **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2017 **What do you like best about QNotes Office?** There are some features that I really like about Qnotes such as SALT (same as last time), which saves pass notes , which can be used on new notes. I like the document exportation, which allows me export patient's documents such as medical history from other providers. It is great to be able to have all patient's information organized in one platform, which makes billing much easier. Another thing I enjoy about the software is the ease of use but it would be helpful if the features were more customizable. **What do you dislike about QNotes Office?** I don't like the interface because it is outdated and not pleasing to the eye. I would adjust the colors to make it more eye catching. I would like to see a better way to communicate with front desk staff such as a messenger or to create a schedule view thus providers know will patients arrive. It would help to improve the Day Sheet function b/c it is not intuitive nor fast enough. If they added a messenger, it would make the database more efficient and fast in communicating with staff. I really enjoy the diverse way to be able to keep all notes in one area. Its speed and accuracy is awesome! **What do you dislike about QNotes Office?** I like everything about it I don't have any complaints about the program unless, they just upgrade the system. **Recommendations to others considering QNotes Office:** I think I recommend others to make sure they are using all the benefits of the Qnotes office. **What problems is QNotes Office solving and how is that benefiting you?** Q notes office benefits is that when you have different information that needs to be saved on one application, having the notes on office saved so, that its easy to obtain and when you have minimal space on your computer or hard drive this works great! ### 3.
