No thing specific comes to mind. I had issues with one function, which was initially inbuilt as a safety feature, however it wasn't applicable to our staffing rotation needs. I love the fact that I can do my mandatory training courses and compliance online whilst I am on the go. Learning Manager keeps it very simple and allows me to access my documents any time, any place.

The app is fantastic, helps us offer out multiple shifts at the one time. Increases engagement with our staff and helps them to track their shifts, learning and timesheets in one place. The app even links with google maps to provide directions to the location they are booked to work.

The ease of adding shifts is a massive plus, we can add shifts and confirm with staff within a few clicks which increases the productivity of our internal staff.

The reporting on recruitment manager needs impovement so we can get more data on the pipeline.

Learning manager could do with some more filters to be able to quickly see candidates that are not compliant and easily contact them if possibe direct from learning manager.
