I already knew QBilon when it was still an idea and not yet a product, because I was enthusiastic about the approach of an independently documenting IT landscape. If I remember correctly, we were the first customer to sign a maintenance contract in Germany and since the introduction of QBilon, the documentation effort for enterprise architecture management has been massively reduced for us. Anyone who has ever worked in administration knows that hardly any administrator likes to document, so QBilon is indeed a blessing and helpful both for complex changes to the IT infrastructure and for troubleshooting along dependency paths.
Long story short, I wouldn't want to do without QBilon as a strategic tool.

That it was not developed earlier. :-) I started using EAM tools 20 years ago and it was always difficult to motivate the team to achieve a reasonable data quality. And without this, EAM is nearly useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
