One of the platform's biggest strengths is its ability to autonomously filter out irrelevant intelligence and prioritize threats that are actually relevant to our environment. This significantly reduces noise and frees up our security team to focus on investigating and responding to real risks. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and quickly access the information we need. The Slack integration fits seamlessly into our workflow, allowing the team to receive timely threat intelligence without constantly switching between tools. The most valuable aspect of our experience has been the support team. They are highly responsive, knowledgeable, and always available to assist with questions or issues. Their fast response times and willingness to help have made a real difference in our day-to-day operations. The platform's AI capabilities are most evident in its autonomous threat analysis and intelligent noise reduction. By automatically filtering and prioritizing relevant intelligence, PurpleOps helps our team stay focused on actionable threats and improves the overall efficiency of our security operations. **What do you dislike about PurpleOps?** Overall, we've had a very positive experience with PurpleOps. The main area I'd like to see improved is expanding API coverage across some of the platform's features. There are a few capabilities where API integrations are not yet available, which would help us further automate our workflows.
