**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

The DemandScience team is the best I’ve ever worked with. They’re always quick to respond, clearly know what they’re talking about, and are consistently friendly. My experience with the company has been nothing but positive. I find myself talking with the team and/or using their platform daily, and I really appreciate the range of capabilities it offers. I use DemandScience for display campaigns, content syndication, BANT leads, and CTV. Their integrations team was also a pleasure to work with, and they made the Salesforce tie-in feel effortless.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

I still haven’t found anything to dislike about DemandScience. They’re the first external partner I’ve fully trusted, and I never have to worry about shady tactics like impression stuffing or inflating viewability.

DemandScience has helped us define target lists and build segments, support lead-capture activities such as content syndication and BANT programs, and strengthen our display banner efforts. I'm pleased to say that DemandScience have delivered on those objectives. The lead quality has been consistently strong, and we've noticed a real increase in the level of stakeholder interest we've been aiming for. **What do you like best about DemandScience?**

I like how DemandScience is very reactive and always available to support whenever we have questions. Their availability and reactivity really make a difference in day-to-day execution, especially when questions, issues, or last-minute changes come up. The team responds quickly and is easy to reach, which helps keep campaigns moving without delays. This level of responsiveness reduces friction and builds trust, making it feel like we are working with a true partner rather than just a supplier. Knowing support is available gives us confidence to move faster and optimize more effectively.

Reporting could be easier to spot and identify. At the moment, I am finding it a bit hard to identify which report belongs to which project. This is mainly because we have multiple campaigns running at the same time.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

It works! Good quality leads from the right people at the right organisations. Across regions too, having ran campaigns in the UK&I as well as the Nordics and colleagues having ran campaigns in BENELUX and DACH. DemandScience are also easy to work with and always happy to tweak a campaign as needed.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

I'm struggling to think of one. Perhaps the lead sheets could align better with what we need, but I suspect that is entirely possible and was just a poor brief from me previously!

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit for us is having access to a different, albeit obviously sometimes overlapping, database to our own. It means we are communicating to a wider pool and via another channel so we're not reliant on just one or two. The second biggest benefit of working with DemandScience is that it effectively increases the size of our marketing team allowing us to market more of our products more often.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

I really like the customer experience with DemandScience. They respond very quickly and dealing with the people who work there is very easy. When we need something, they resolve it quickly. When it comes to generating leads, it is very important that the leads are of quality, and when we have any doubts about any data, they fix it immediately and contact us to correct the data, which is very fast and efficient. Additionally, the initial setup process with DemandScience was very easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

Access to the platform is not direct, as there is no platform you can directly access to view; you have to go through the account manager or the Customer Experience Manager. I think it would be good if they could review this lack of flexibility or customization.

I use DemandScience to generate quality leads for B2B. The experience with the team is fantastic, fast, and efficient.

Marta stands out for her proactive communication and meticulous attention to detail. Despite the challenges of different time zones, she ensures our meetings are highly organized and efficient, consistently covering all necessary items to minimize back-and-forth. Furthermore, her ability to loop in the right stakeholders at the right time has been instrumental in the success of our campaign.

The primary challenge is the time zone difference. While the team is highly organised, the time zone naturally creates a delay in real-time collaboration. This can occasionally slow down the momentum of urgent campaign adjustments, as we often have to wait a full business cycle for a response or a sync-up.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DemandScience is effectively solving our 'Cold Start' problem as we enter a new market. By providing access to verified, high-intent data, they allow our new brand to bypass the months of slow organic growth usually required for market entry. The benefit is twofold: we get immediate visibility with our ICP and a predictable stream of leads that have already signaled a readiness to engage, which is instrumental in proving the viability of this new territory to our stakeholders.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

I like DemandScience because it provides good quality leads, which are essential for our MQL and potential client generation. The team support is excellent, and they are proactive in assisting us. I also appreciate the bifurcation for specific countries, accounts, and job functions, which is better compared to other platforms we've used. Setting it up was very easy because the DemandScience team handled all the necessary arrangements after we provided the targeting, account list, and landing pages.

The UI can be more intuitive, and real-time data insights and updates can be improved to make it a better platform. Simplifying the navigation or providing a proper dashboard would help us and the stakeholders. Faster data refresh cycles and live performance indication could also enhance the platform.

There is not a ton of differentiation between them and their competitors. Very similar product offerings across the board.

I would like if the content syndication team and the display advertising team are the same so I didn't have to contact multiple people for 1 campaign.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

I find DemandScience easy and quick to communicate with. They take on feedback really well. For example, when their lead invalidation rate was a little high one month, they greatly improved the following month. They're open with what stage of lead delivery they're at, produce summary charts showing how their lead pacing is, and always flag questions to gain clarity. The setup for lead delivery with them is smooth sailing.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

We've had a few blips with invalidation rates. Sometimes they need longer than recommended to deliver full lead delivery within a quarter, and they often ask to upload leads until the last possible day, instead of our recommendation of uploading a week prior to the end of quarter.

DemandScience generates leads globally for our tech client, communicates openly about lead delivery stages, and rapidly improves with flags such as invalidation rates.

DemandScience has a massive audience that has allowed us to easily match our target audience to generate leads from the exact people we are looking to engage at a reasonable price. We have not found any other vendor that can target the various topics we focus on throughout the year.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

Unfortunately, over the 1 year we have worked together we have had at least 3 different account executives managing our relationship. Additionally, their acquisition of Terminus was great until they initiated a very high minimum budget which means we can only do lead generation with them.

They allow us to target a very specific audience in specific countries around the world. They are the only vendor we have found so far that can find and generate leads for all our specific audiences across at least 6+ different topics.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

I like DemandScience because lead delivery directly to my CRM automates the manual process of downloading leads and adding them to my CRM. The cost per lead (CPL) is lower than with competitors and social media channels, especially with the added account-based marketing (ABM) layer which helps in getting good quality leads. I also appreciate the great support from the DemandScience team as they provide a good support system.

I dislike the quality of leads in the LATAM region, especially since the leads we received for Brazil were a little outdated and unresponsive.

I really like DemandScience's team and how they communicate. They measure performance in a super accurate way and share accurate, clean data with me before calls, which really helps by saving me one more thing on my to-do list. I know we've ticked all our boxes and gotten the results we want. The initial setup was super smooth and great, with everything explained well by our account manager. It has been a nice process working with our campaign manager.

I like that DemandScience answers really fast to emails and makes any adjustments I ask for. Their ability to adjust and fulfill requests in a changing work environment makes things easier for me.

I don't like the leads delivery time. It would be better if they confirmed specifics from the beginning or updated me throughout the campaign if there are any issues causing delays.
