What do you like best about Pulsifi?

Pulsifi system helps you to track the Assessments attempted by various candidates and helps you to filter out the candidates throughout your shortlisting process during Recruiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulsifi?

There are a lot of enhancements still needed while integrating Pulsifi system with SAP SuccessFactors. However, while integrating Puslfi with SF we faced a lot of technical glitches wherein Pulsifi did not support some of the standard SAP configs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pulsifi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Based on a certain Job Requisition in an organisation, Pulsifi helps to assess a candidate and their skillsets. Recruiters can easily select the competencies or skills features on which they want to access their candidates. I love the modern approach, as many companies still use outdated tools to retain their employees. This tool helps screening candidates (test them on various aspects), and once they are recruited - match them with the best jobs and develop their talent according to their skills, abilities. "Easy, Efficient and Effective System To Reduce Hiring Time!"

What do you like best about Pulsifi?

It comprises of several features that can reduce processing time.

I like the fact that it has rank-to-fit scores, which quickly help the recruiter to derive the suitability of the candidates.

The other plus point is that it has an integrated video chat feature that you can use to review the candidates' responses to predetermined questions.
