**What do you like best about PulseHRM?**

The tiered GDPR access structure and permanent audit logs are invaluable for our multi-site mechanical manufacturing setup. I can lock sensitive engineer personnel information so only designated plant supervisors can view records across our German and EU production locations, removing risks of unauthorized cross-site data sharing. The cross-plant shift planner streamlines coordinating technical teams across separate workshops, fully replacing outdated paper attendance logs. Every staff change leaves a clear traceable record, drastically cutting the workload when auditors review industrial safety and data privacy documentation.

**What do you dislike about PulseHRM?**

There are no pre-built report templates tailored to German factory labor laws or DIN safety training audits, so I must manually rework every export in spreadsheets to meet regulator standards. The link between PulseHRM and our production ERP is unstable; shift schedules and staff training credentials often fail to sync fully, leaving incomplete datasets we have to reconcile manually. The asset tracking function lacks customizable fields to log machinery inspection deadlines and certification expiration dates, a critical detail for our equipment compliance workflows.

Before implementing this platform, our shift management relied entirely on physical logbooks and scattered offline Excel files maintained separately at each factory. PulseHRM centralizes attendance, rotation planning and employee qualification files under one GDPR-aligned system. It standardizes how we store engineer personnel data to comply with local industrial safety codes, slashing repetitive administrative tasks and generating verifiable records we can directly submit during official site audits.

**What do you like best about PulseHRM?**

What stands out most is how simple PulseHRM is to learn and use. Our team picked it up right away with no formal training needed. Bringing all core HR features onto one platform cuts down endless admin work, and team members based abroad can easily submit leave or check attendance on their own. The setup process was also a breeze, thanks to clear built-in guides, so our IT and HR teams got it fully operational without calling in external help. It’s proven stable and dependable for our whole workforce.

**What do you dislike about PulseHRM?**

The platform falls short for our international business needs. It doesn’t have dedicated tools for multi-country payroll or cross-border employment compliance. Custom reporting is quite basic, and we’re unable to connect it directly to our trade management software. Smoother data sharing between systems would save us a lot of extra work.

We used to deal with piles of physical documents and scattered personnel data. Now PulseHRM stores all employee records, attendance and leave information in one secure place. I really like how PulseHRM combines strong local compliance for Germany with a clean, simple, employee-friendly interface. It naturally handles real-world German labor rules for vacation entitlements, sick leave tracking, working-hour limits, and documentation, aligning with local requirements without needing customizations. This reliability saves us time and reduces risk. The self-service functionality is also highly valued, as it allows staff to check vacation balances, submit requests, view documents, and update information independently, cutting down repetitive admin tasks and making the team more autonomous. Additionally, the onboarding process was straightforward and not overly technical. The setup wizard guided us through essential steps like company structure and employee import without requiring deep IT knowledge, allowing us to get up and running quickly.

One area where PulseHRM could be stronger is in its advanced reporting and analytics. While basic compliance reports work well, we often need more customizable, data-driven insights for team planning, turnover analysis, and workforce forecasting. Right now, those require extra manual work or exports to spreadsheets.

**What do you like best about PulseHRM?**

PulseHRM is the best software i have ever used in my HR career, this make my work very efficient.The leave application form and the holiday calendar are very helpful.And the navigation is also very user-friendly.It helps you identify the areas which can be improved and helps to fulfill the training needs and also to keep the data of the best performer's for the recognization.

**What do you dislike about PulseHRM?**

There are few things to dislike about PulseHRM is that,  the loading procrss is so slow , there is no direct nagivation for payslip , sometime not working properly with asset managet. And the Interface of the application is somewhat not engaging.

**What problems is PulseHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It make my work very time efficient. It is very safe data base  to store the details of the employee like payslip, attendance ,leave plans and recognization etc.

PulseHRM is a simple and user-friendly HR and payroll software that offers a range of features and tools to help organizations manage their workforce efficiently. Every organization is different and PulseHRM's ability to add custom solutions on top of their SaaS product makes it most helpful.

Customer Support is awesome !! Love the fact that humans answer and resolve most issues same day.

The leave application form and the holiday calendar are very much helpful. But I wish daily attendance could be monitored automatically into the calendar. It gives a tough competition though to its competitors.

**What do you dislike about PulseHRM?**

There is no direct option available for salary/payslips, and the applied leaves are don't appear in the calendar. it would be perfect if we could assign daily tasks as well in PulseHRM

Make sure to explore it in all possible ways before buying it. Also, Try to take full advantage of the options available in PulseHRM

PulseHRM removed the HR department's need for company policies in various cases. It was super easy to apply leaves and get mails upon confirmation. and the appraisal form is also so much interactive

To the best of my knowledge, this is the best HRM software at the present. The price of the product also fits the bill.

It's very quick. And the navigation is very user-friendly.

There are not many issues in the software. Except that it experiences some lagging in between the usage.

The suit helped us build and take care of the needs of our employees in the startup. One-stop for all employee needs. I have even referred this to other startups

**What do you like best about PulseHRM?**

The latest version of PulseHRM is very user-friendly. We can modify the raised leaves pretty easily. There is also a separate TAB "My Approvals" that lists all the service requests. Also the calendar have Holidays, Birthdays and work anniversaries listed.

**What do you dislike about PulseHRM?**

It's a bit slow to load requests, but it does the work. PMS/Apprisal form doesnt take entries/ it expires if we take more time to fill the form. I had to enter the form details separately in a Excel and paste the entries at once in the PulseHRM PMS form and submit. It would be great if the PMS form shows any timer before the form session expiring.

**What problems is PulseHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me track all the previous applied leaves. Raising a service request is very easy. It saves a lot of time, and we also have a track all the closed service requests. All the previous Payslips can be dowloaded easily.

PulseHRM is used by employees who need to manage their payment in situations such as emergency medical situations in which they are unable to report to work, need a license and therefore need to be paid in accordance with the labor laws of unions and professionals.

**What do you dislike about PulseHRM?**

Your organization feature has been updated recently; previously, it was a little difficult to organize an upcoming occasion and therefore manage payments. Excellent total experience, except that at first a large amount of documentation is required to set up user databases where documents are requested from team members.

**Recommendations to others considering PulseHRM:**

PulseHRM is user friendly. It is a place where employees can find each of the data offered on demand. It acts as a lone document system. This is different from many other software that are restricted by firm accessibility plans outside the organization's network.

As a small company, PulseHRM has been helpful in worker compliance across the board, helping employees understand their career path, as well as the goals of a better method, simplifying HR processes in recruiting, monitoring employees, payroll treatment and evaluation cycles. This also helped to provide training for employees for regular improvement.

**What do you like best about PulseHRM?**

PulseHRM is a great tool for establishing a connected workforce. The GUI interface is very neat and organized. It provides great email integration. Asset management is made easy using it. It makes the payroll easy manage and keeps a track of the employees performance keeping in check with their payments and keeping a full record of leave management. Helps you give out the compensation management and time off management. It can support up to 5000 employees. It provides great employee monitoring software and performance management. Employee data base is extensive and helps you keep a record of your employees efficiently. Time and attendance management is also a helpful feature. On-boarding and applicant tracking is also very efficient. It provides a configurable, automated tool for SMART goal setting. It is great software for measuring the performance. This allows keeping a record of employee’s performances and helps to appreciate and recognize top performers. The self-help page really helps a lot to navigate through the software easily. It helps you identify the areas which can be improved and helps to fulfill the training needs. It provides a free trial. The system is constantly up grading and provides you with latest technologies.

**What do you dislike about PulseHRM?**

There is a few documentation on how to operate the application for advance features. Customer support should be improved.

**What problems is PulseHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PulseHRM can be used for small, mid and large size companies. It is built on Oracle APEX, hosted on Oracle Cloud and delivered over the internet. The use depends on your company’s resources and complexity needs. It is suitable to use for less complex dealings.

This application has become a crucial aspect to manage the services like Shift management, Payroll and compensation , Performance Management and much more. This is a User friendly application and can get access to any Menu very easily.

**What do you dislike about PulseHRM?**

We have been using this application for over 2 years and they could not implement "Search" bar which should allow us to search and navigate to the Page easily

**What problems is PulseHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to this application, we used to manage shifts of the Users with Excel Document. After having this application, our Shift management task has become much easier and the users can see their shift reflecting very easily on the portal.

I like the fact that it encompasses all employees in several departments in one space.

Sometimes the analytics that you need is hard to gather. An analytics tab would be helpful.

Timesheets, payroll needs, executive needs, and several others. Especially right now in the time for refinances, it helps to be able to obtain that information quickly.

the GUI interface very clean and organise.
Asset management feature was very helpful and the most exciting feature was Email integration.

it only supports Android for mobile and there is a few documentation about how to use it for advanced operations
