**What do you like best about Publing?**

Publing helps us collect and show our social content. This makes our customers post more about us. 
We've been using Publing for events as well. Various design themes help us to display in different ways. The price is affordable as the cost of building the project in-house is much more or other products in the market is much expensive.

**What do you dislike about Publing?**

We are ok and impressed with the product. 

**Recommendations to others considering Publing:**

I highly recommend Publing to hoteliers and caterers.

**What problems is Publing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer engagement and loyalty were big issues for us. Publing helped us to engage with our customers and helped us to make them loyal.
