I love that you have full control over each step in the workflow thus allowing you to completely customize the experience for the end user. Equally impressive is that the analytics provide both data on the workflow as a whole as well as step specific insight. This helps when trying to understand potential roadblocks or weak points in a flow. The new document feature, which opens the door to creating client intake documents with advanced filtering is also something that's going to be super useful. Finally, Upflowy’s onboarding team has been very helpful with answering questions and walking me through the platform and it’s potential. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** Overall i’m impressed with Upflowy, however I feel it’s UX & UI could be improved. I found myself at times looking for a specific function that was not grouped in a more obvious location or simple edits might take 1 step longer than expected. Upflowy has allowed us to do that because we can use so many different elements within the flow to tell the story. We can make it visual, we can use sales copy, or social proof. The design tab has been incredibly helpful for us. We have been able to match our branding and ensure that it is a completely native experience when people are going through our flows. Going from a new user to feeling confident in the product took longer than expected but the penny dropped very quickly though **Recommendations to others considering Psyke:** Have a play around with it and you'll see how intuitive and easy it is. It actually makes it fun but also helps you evaluate/think about strengths and areas of improvement on the website **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that we had was that many other form solutions looked very different and made customers feel as if they were leaving the site, or being taken somewhere they didn't want to go especially given data security and sensitivity. We wanted something that made our customers feel as though they were still with us. It was great that there were different templates for different scenarios - things I didn't think I needed it initially but once it's there I wondered how I've been going without it for so long ### 5. Once you know it's fine but it's a minor UX thing we noticed. Also, there's some good video tutorial content coming through on the Upflowy youtube channel - looking forward to seeing more. **Recommendations to others considering Psyke:** The free version is quick and unintrusive to sign up to and lets you use all the key features of building flows. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're at scale-up and starting to build customer traffic through our website. Having the ability to input different form components or content components helps create a truly unique web experience. The current form of the product doesn’t have those quick fixes or shortcuts that make the process lightning quick. This has meant that I’m able to create seamless flows and ensure it's the best possible version of itself while also running tests to optimise more and more. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** There were some minor UX issues that kept popping up. I couldn’t experiment or fix a small issue as fast as I had expected. Previously, it would be a minimum of 3 month wait plus hundred of thousands in budget, if I want to test a single flow. Now, I can set up a test in a matter of minutes. Similar capabilities existed for landing pages before from other vendors, but not for signup flows. I'm happy one finally exists. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** I would love to see a single view that summarizes all experiments that I am running at the same time. I hope this feature is coming soon, because at the moment I need to click into each flow in order to see the results. **Recommendations to others considering Psyke:** I highly recommend anyone who wishes to set up AB testing of signup flows to use Upflowy. there is no better tool. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem it solves is that I could set up an AB testing of signup flows without having to get the IT department involved. This saves me months of IT delivery time and hundred of thousands in budget. That kind of cost and timeline made it practically impossible to do AB test. ### 9. Normally people look over the website and make snap judgments. If they’ve reached the Upflowy flow I can use the conditional logic to see what they need and then show the quality of work specific to their needs. Upflowy has allowed me to better qualify potential clients with the right questions and conditional logic. If someone can manage the pathway correctly, then it leads them to a booking call. This has saved me so much time on subpar clients who want the world and a limited budget. **What do you dislike about Psyke?** UX. As someone who is used to the UX of more established companies, especially in the social media space, this was a tough adjustment. The problem solving nature of the product kept me using it but there was a much steeper learning curve when it came to general use of the platform. Once I knew it it was fine, but I don’t envy those who are using it for the first time. **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issue I’ve been solving with Upflowy is the management of potential clients. The conditional logic and informed questions that I can ask set an expectation really early on. I’m able to see how best I can help clients who are interested in using my agency’s services. Upflowy is one to watch over the coming few years **What problems is Psyke solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that we are solving is understanding the marketing funnel that we've created from a CTA on our landing page and home page, to an activated customer. We are attracting the right customer, but we had been experiencing large amounts of drop.
