# Is OneNeck IT Solutions worth it for communications leaders maximizing user adoption and platform ROI based on user reviews?

Hi G2, I keep getting asked whether OneNeck IT Solutions is worth it for communications leaders focused on user adoption and platform ROI, so I dug into its G2 reviews and a couple of peers in the cisco unified communications resellers category. Worth flagging up front: reviews here speak more to delivery and account partnership than to adoption metrics, so take the ROI angle as a community question. With ratings:

OneNeck IT Solutions (4.6, 26 reviews): reviewers repeatedly praise presales engineering, dedicated reps who look out for their interests, and project management that lands on time and on budget. Low staff turnover means continuity across multi-year work.

Sirius (4.6, 7 reviews): reviewers highlight strong engineering talent and a true advisory relationship, not just a sales motion.

Or did the value sit more in project execution than day-to-day user uptake?

On-time and on-budget is valuable, but adoption starts after that scoreboard stops. The OneNeck reviews make the delivery relationship sound strong; I’d want to hear what happened 90 days later. Were employees actually using the new communications workflows, or was the internal team left to drive that part alone?
