The support team is highly responsive, and the ability to customize features helps optimize performance for specific use cases. High value for the price as the features provided are significantly higher than other EHS software providers. **What do you dislike about Provisio EHS Software?** Because the platform is highly customized for each use case, the initial setup can take some time to get fully up and running. That said, the Provisio EHS team is very helpful and responsive, and they work quickly to meet customer expectations. **What problems is Provisio EHS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Features that we typically use multiple platforms for (e.g., inspections, contractor safety management, training, etc.) are now integrated into a single platform, which has delivered valuable savings. The ability for contractors to interact with the platform without requiring specific logins has also helped us with vendor onboarding. ### 2. It is more than we expect from it. It is easy to navigate, functions both on mobile and desktop. They have made many improvements over the year that we have used it and have implemented several suggestions we've had for it. It almost feels that they are customizing the experience for us. Any time we've any kind of issue, such as someone struggling to log in, or a bug not allowing us to use a particular feature, they have responded immediately and got us back up and running. We have been very please and feel it has been a great investment for us to better manage our EHS.. **What do you dislike about Provisio EHS Software?** Honestly this took me a while to find something we "dislike"... It would be nice to sort incidents by severity of the incident on the Incidents Table - for example, a quick way to see the most recent recordable incidents or lost time. **What problems is Provisio EHS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has improved the time it was taking for incident reports to get made, and "turned in". Its so simple that with nearly 100% completion incidents are reported as soon as they happen and leaders are in the know immediately and can even receive notifications real time. It has eliminated a lot of administrative time for us.
