I found huge value in the weekly group coaching calls, but also the material that Rachel put together to help with my learning (videos, PDFs, Notion pages etc) are things that I will use forever. I've already gone back to many of them to reference and use in my every day. I loved the online portal as well, very accessible and easy to use. And of course the value was second to none. **What do you dislike about Provan Success?** There really isn't anything I would call out as negative - but I would have loved more calls! **Recommendations to others considering Provan Success:** If you are looking for foundations of CS this is a great place to get interactive learning. No matter the stage your CS department or company is currently in, Provan Success can help. **What problems is Provan Success solving and how is that benefiting you?** I signed up for the 12 week Customer Success Leadership Academy and took so many learning away from the program. Being new to CS, I wanted to get a strong foundation in place and understand more behind the strategy of CS. Rachel Provan delivered on this, and so much more! Rachel is an absolute star when it comes to CS knowledge. This program helped my understand the basics of Customer Success strategy, and helped me to assess my company's current situation and what I could contribute to help our CS team get to the next level. Rachel breaks down CS into different stages, and provides actionable steps to take you through to the next stage. I learned so much about what CS is and how to talk about CS internally to be viewed as a strategic partner to my cross-functional teams. In addition to CS strategy, Rachel helps with leadership skills, coaching your team and managing your own time. There was so much value in this program, the resources she provides and the group coaching calls were so helpful.
