I signed up for the 12 week Customer Success Leadership Academy and took so many learning away from the program. Being new to CS, I wanted to get a strong foundation in place and understand more behind the strategy of CS. Rachel Provan delivered on this, and so much more! Rachel is an absolute star when it comes to CS knowledge. This program helped my understand the basics of Customer Success strategy, and helped me to assess my company's current situation and what I could contribute to help our CS team get to the next level. Rachel breaks down CS into different stages, and provides actionable steps to take you through to the next stage. I learned so much about what CS is and how to talk about CS internally to be viewed as a strategic partner to my cross-functional teams. In addition to CS strategy, Rachel helps with leadership skills, coaching your team and managing your own time. There was so much value in this program, the resources she provides and the group coaching calls were so helpful. This was a group coaching program and I really enjoyed interacting with like minded CS leaders, all of whom were willing to provide advice and learnings from their own experiences.
