What do you like best about Prospect CRM?

Inventory management was a paramount priority, Prospectsoft integrates our stock movements with the communication and sales process - streamlined Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospect CRM?

Fair amount of customisation for fields of entry etc but view this as a hurdle to manage as it is a positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Prospect CRM:

We found that stock/inventory management was harder to solve than digital marketing and email automation - Prospect does do both but stronger on inventory/distribution processes so opted to solve the latter issues of digital marketing / email automation with smaller / cheaper services if required as we have yet to full exploit prospectsofts functions in this regard. What do you like best about Prospect CRM?

Our Sales team are able to check stock levels, previous price paid and other really useful information on their phones/tablets whilst on the road meaning they don't need to keep contacting the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
