"Quick, easy, effective"

What do you like best about Prospect CRM?

- We've been using Prospect365 CRM for a few months - it works brilliantly with the connected apps - the hookups were quick and easy, and we're already reaping the benefits.

- Linked apps were easy to set up, and have provided valuable insights and streamlined a load of our processes.

- The team at Prospect are quick, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and they took the time to understand our business during the onboarding.

What do you dislike about Prospect CRM?

There is almost too much customization possible, but that's probably not a disadvantage. A hookup with Apple Mail would be really useful, but there's a workaround we can use for the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prospect CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Prospect CRM?

We have been using ProspectSoft's CRM software for nearly 12 months. It's integration with Xero and Unleashed is faultless. We have fewer duplications of input, massive insight into to client behaviour and a support team that are so easy to work with - Loom tutorials are fabulous! What do you dislike about Prospect CRM?

What do you like best about Prospect CRM?

Task management monitors all daily schedules and we can integrate calendars and better observe daily activities. Tracking customer information. Everything can be synchronized with the company's email and CRM. It has integrated email templates and also social media.
