**Describe the project or task ProServe Solutions helped with:**

Customer, inventory and product based software.  We just went through a big upgrade.   Ok for sales part, but inventory and production modules not so great for what we need.  Requires some individual programming, etc.

**What do you like best about ProServe Solutions?**

Software is great for customer info, ordering, inventory.  

**What do you dislike about ProServe Solutions?**

Not great for production purposes... can only use one or another module, but need modifications to make it work like we need it.  Reports are slightly cumbersome.
