When it comes to ease of integration where all the other software struggle, I would give 10/10 for ProQsmart. Thier customer support has been phenominal in terms of customisation, closing tickets on time and implementing need based features. Since the software implementation the ProQsmart capex software has impacted us in enhancing visibility and control over procurement process, maintain supplier relationships and on time delivery of projects, customiosed dashboards to help us data driven decision making. We have been suing Proqsmart everyday to improve our productivity and procurement process. **What do you dislike about ProQsmart?** I don't have anything to dislike about the prodcut **What problems is ProQsmart solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us in centralising RFQ responses, do deeper analysis on quote comparisions, preapre tender summaries, conduct live options. All of this have helped us in direct cost sacing on purchases.
