**What do you like best about ProProfs Chat?**

The best part we liked about the ProProfs chat is the east with which we can put it on our website. It has changed the life of our agents significantly. We have been able to improve our KPI's post installing this chat solution

The only thing that can be improved in this tool is the implementation of capabilities for the Advanced Chatbots to make it even more responsive and faster. Also a feature of sneak peek between the agent and supervisor and also the customer would be a great feature to add.

We like how it has been helping us to become more proactive with each visitor who shows potential of becoming our product buyer.

Earlier we had this complaint that they didn’t have reports for understanding how proactive messages are working for the business. But now they do, so technically no complaints for now.

We had trouble reaching out to our visitors first. We weren’t proactive per say. In fact, our visitors always reached us out first. This was something we’ve wanted to correct and with ProProfs we got that opportunity as well.

We don’t dislike the product but we do wish to see some customization options for the operator’s dashboard that helps them view data for specific metrics every time they login.

We’ve successfully found multiple reasons why some of our agents weren’t performing well or lagged during the support process.

ProProfs has been a part of our support suite for more than 2 years now. We’re so glad they brought in the chatbot feature that has helped us manage our incoming requests faster.

I really hope they get a detailed reports section for the chatbot.

We can be more proactive as a team now that the chatbot is on the scene. We’ve also experienced a dip in our normal incoming chat flow as a lot of users interact with the chatbot first and end up getting a solution.

We like how ProProfs has made automatic routing possible. Now agents don’t have to route chats manually in every case.

There’s not much to dislike about their live chat as it matches our support needs for now.

Our teams had a difficult time routing chats from one member to another. They not only took time to understand customer pain points but also communicated the same to another team member so that customers doesn’t have to repeat themselves once transferred to another member.

We’ve been using their forever free plan after our 15-days trial came to an end. Hats off to ProProfs Chat, they offer amazing features and smooth interface for the price they offer. However, we do not require too many features. 
We just wanted a tool that helps us answer incoming questions from our customer base easily. That’s exactly what we get to accomplish even with the free plan. Great features and easy-to-use interface that’s free - exactly what we wanted.

Our team doesn’t just see ProProfs Chat as a support tool. It is an amazing sales and lead generation tool as well. I mean we can capture leads in real time and then identify upsell opportunities with features like announcements.

Nothing is to be disliked with this one. It’s been quite a helpful tool for us to boost our sales in real time and manage customer queries too. Wouldn’t dislike it at all for its usefulness.

We’ve used tools like Tawk.to before but haven’t got better sales results like we did after its use. So we would say do give it a try.

I really like that this tool has made our operators more productive at the workplace. Features like operator-to-operator chat or canned responses help them be more productive and less time on writing the same answers or running to their team members for a solution.

It would have been nice if they had a chatbot feature. It would have made the support process way better.

I feel that features like operator to operator chat, canned responses, chat tags, and others have really helped us increase the productive time of our operators. Even the reports are a delight to see as we get to monitor their progress and decide whether operators need to train further or not.

- they provide purchase history of the client we are chatting with – this helps in personalized conversation with him/her;
- you can see the activity of your customer while he/she is exploring your website – thanks to this feature you can initiate a conversation with your potential customer and help him/her in the purchasing process;
- you get all analytics you need to see how operators of your chats are performing;
- I like the feature that allows me to take over a chat conversation if it is necessary – sometimes the customer's case can be complicated and the novice operator may not have enough knowledge to solve it.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like.

The ability to provide real-time support to all my website visitors and existing customers is what my support agents and I like the best.

**What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?**

I don’t know if this was a bug or not. But for a few days we weren’t able to track the correct data on our support reps through the software. Except, we spoke to the team and it got resolved. So as such there isn’t a feature that we dislike so far.

If you are searching for a customer support tool that helps you answer queries instantly, then ProProfs Chat is your go to option.

What most of my employees complained about is not receiving support in real-time. But that got resolved once our company got the product. We finally are able to take up queries and complaints constantly. And still improve as a brand to the liking of our customers.

Its not something to dislike but would be great to see a report section on queued visitors.

I like how our company was able to integrate not just one but different software with ProProfs Chat. We had were looking for a chat software that could be integrated with our WordPress website initially. But later, during the demo of the tool we got to know that we could also integrate our CRM and help desk software. Really became a boon for us.

**What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?**

What my customer support reps complain about the software is how it is slow. This in turn slows down the process of attending our customers too. Hoping to see this issue get fixed in near future.

With ProProfs Chat, we’ve been able to solve various customer queries instantly. The instant answers have made our customers delighted with our support service. Earlier we were using a live chat software however it wasn’t as pocket-friendly as this one. **What do you like best about ProProfs Chat?**

Personally, I like their clutter-free interface and those beautiful templates. We are currently using ProProfs chat for 3 operators and are quite satisfied with the customization features. Plus, it never gets sluggish on mobile devices, unlike others do.


**What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?**

I don’t dislike the product as such, but I have a recommendation. Since I am using a professional plan for 3 operators, would appreciate if they include some pro features from the flagship plan in my current plan. That would be amazing.

I would say customer support costs. Our support costs have reduced to half after using ProProfs live chat as we no longer have to rely on phone support. We have handed out mobile devices to our operators, so they can offer support 24/7.

I liked the loud ring and the ability to copy/paste the chat into my notes

They changed their platform, required us to use all new codes, and we never got the service to work again. We tried to get it working for a over a month, spoke with tons of different people, and ultimately had to switch services.

Is great that there is a live agent right there for your questions and needs. No need to look for it. It pops up!

It's fairly easy to use, responsive. I answer requests and can see when a person is replying.

It consistently has tech issues. When a chat request comes through, another request from the same person comes through a minute later even though that person hasn't clicked on anything.

I like this because it means that someone with tech knowledge can log in and correct issues quickly.

I do not like is that since it relies on the internet, people can only assist if the internet is working. From our office a million emails have to be sent in order to reach an agent; the email not working is often the problem.

We process applications for government assistance. I like the chat when it is quickly accessed. We benefit from the ability to quickly correct issues and return to clients.

**What do you like best about ProProfs Chat?**

Easy to use interface which we can use independently of browsers and the way it coordinates automatically with our salesforce CRM to maintain logs of all the chat conversations as cases.  The applications for handheld devices allows us to keep in touch with our website visitors even while on a move.

**What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?**

Hmm. I don't have come across anything which I don't like.. No not as of now

**What problems is ProProfs Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients earlier used to have grudges that find it irritating to depend on emails while we had projects in process for them. Telephone calls were not possible to record in our CRM for future references. Live2Support solved it both. While our clients find at-least someone from our team online any time during the course of day, the concerned project manager is always in sync with the chat conversation as they get recorded automatically in our CRM.The easiest way for them to keep project communication on track.

poor online help availability and to much of technicality sometimes

Live2suppport live is an awesome chat service. This is pumping up sales levels with an average of 50 instant chat conversations a day. Being a consumer-oriented company it gives a better chance of converting browsers into buyers building a long-term, personal relationship with your client. Canned Responses helps us handle more conversations. It’s built in analytic helps pointed conversation and adds a personal touch to chat that has dramatically increased revenue.

The extensive functionality provided take long time to explore
