I love this product because its so easy to use and makes the editing process so much more seamless. The Annotation section of the proof is particularly great because a user can point to exactly the section that needs editing and make their comment...easy peasy. It comes with Decisions (approved, needs edits, etc) so that you know when and who has made a decision regarding the proof, and you can @ any user so they know they are needed or whatever. I also love the side-by-side feature especially when looking for image size/quality.

I use the product basically on a daily basis and have never had a huge complaint or difficulty with it.

I wish I could comment on the implentation but the platform was installed when I started with my company but no one has had anything bad to say about it and we always recommend the product to whomever we can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It still had little bugs to it which are likely due to an organizations quirks BUT Justin Khoo is always available and willing to listen to those quirks. He and his team welcome feedback and do their absolute best to help by tweaking the product or adjusting settings for a particular org or just giving you how-tos and offering 1-1 sessions.

I do wish it would give a rendering of what your email would look like in the various email clients (gmail vs outlook vs hotmail, etc) but I realize that would be too clunky or overwhelming so I appreciate simplicity in this case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Proof Jump as an integral part of our Email Production QA process. We love the ability to make annotations exactly where the defect occurs and have that annotation emailed back to our team members so they can begin making edits for the next round of testing. We share Proof Jump links with our clients so they too can make annotations and communicate back to the team in near real time. The ability to maintain versions between rounds of QA is very useful to us as well. In the very least it allows us to monitor the number of rounds of QA that have taken place. This indicates whether there's an issue in coding, design, client understanding or all three. Our production effort would slow down greatly if we didn't have a tool that is so intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't really think of anything that Proof Jump does or doesn't do that I dislike. The product team has been top notch in taking our requests into account and allowing us to help them improve the tool. ProofJump makes reviewing email proofs so easy. I can work with multiple stakeholders all at the same time and address everyone's questions and updates in one place. I don't have to rely on email threads, slack conversations to do that. I can also reply back to stakeholders who leave comments and questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only challenge I have with this tool is that it says you can add attachments in comments. Colleagues will try to upload photos they will want to swap out for and it doesn't import the photo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
