In a nutshell, proGrow converts any equipment or workstation online. With customizable KPIs within real-time dashboards, historical analysis and automatic reports, our customers make fast, data-driven decisions. The platform also allows operations to improve through customized workflows, such as maintenance or quality tickets and continuous improvement tools. I don't consider this a critical component of the platform and it was enough for most of our needs, but this is something which can be improved (and already has been improved since I started using the platform) **What problems is proGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?** proGrow helps on controlling shop floor performance in real time and provides insights to various different users ranging from operators to C suite. It's very flexible and easily configurable, making it easy to incorporate feedback within the organization ### 11.
