I was a bit hesitant to sign up to awarenow because I did not know much about the company before I found it. I am happy with the choice. Awarenow team (I work with Andrew and Paul) has been very hands-on working with my team on ensuring our success through the initial stages to the launch and overall support. They are constantly engaging us and include us in the design process which I really enjoy. Overall I am very satisfied with the product, experience, and approach. We used to waste a tremendous amount of time and resources on stitching solutions to work how we wanted them to make and making this switch was a dealbreaker for our business. We have realized a ton of benefits mostly in how our offerings are stronger because of what they offer us. They are always there to listen and put our business first, always looking to help us improve and grow. They are open to all our ideas for new integrations and they create new opportunities to help us look better all the time. Plus, whenever there’s something we’re struggling with to set up like a new integration, they either create a video to help us specifically and send over right away or they jump on a zoom call to walk us through it 1-1. Some of the features are still in development by the time I wrote this review, such as screen sharing for live sessions, CNAME, integration with Peerboard, etc. But they will deliver those features this year.
