While Productiv offers strong capabilities for IT and finance teams, one of my main frustrations has been the limited focus on broader functional use. It’s not marketed—or seemingly designed—with other departments like HR, procurement, or operations in mind, which makes it harder to drive company-wide adoption. Productiv has been instrumental in improving our cash expenditure and outflow forecasting. By developing features within a single, centralized system, they enabled us to easily identify and analyze payment terms, amounts, and frequency across our SaaS portfolio. This level of visibility has significantly enhanced our ability to forecast with accuracy, manage cash flow proactively, and make more informed financial decisions. This has been a long-standing challenge for our small company, particularly as we faced growing pains while scaling. Productiv’s solution addressed a critical gap that previously limited our ability to align spending with growth, helping us establish more financial discipline and confidence during a pivotal stage in our development.
