What do you like best about ProdPad?

It's very easy to link feedback with specific ideas to identify themes, as well as to keep an open dialogue between stakeholders on updates to specific pieces of feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

Some of the language and design isn't quite as intuitive (or customisable, perhaps) as I'd like; 'archiving', for example, doesn't mean something's gone for good the way we work with it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to be able to collate feedback from our service users in order to recognise pain points, identify themes and, from that, prioritise the resources we have to make our product team better. ProdPad helps us do all of this easily, making it easy for everyone to contribute and for the Product team to see easily how different is connected (and respond to feedback to ask for more details, or update on progress to fix issues). Hi George, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, glad to see you're getting so much value out of the feedback management element of the platform. Thanks for the feedback on archiving, the way we see it is there are ideas that might never get done, or you have finished and you want to clear your backlog and roadmap of them - so you archive them. Then you can go back at a later date and see why the idea was never worked on or how successful that piece of work was - you can completely delete ideas of course, but we don't think that should be the default. What do you like best about ProdPad?

We now have one source of truth for idea management and product roadmap alignment. We can easily connect ProdPad initiatives to Jira for delivery management. We can connect customer feedback from Slack to support our ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

Nothing at the moment! There might be some questions of how we plan to set up projects or boards with the Jira integration in the future. It might be a question of "will there need to be manual entry across tools and if so where?". But this is not a major dealbreaker of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?

ProdPad has helped our teams align around outcomes versus output in an easy to use way. The types of conversations internally have changed from agreeing on deadlines and timelines to "what can you do now, next, and later?", "how will you measure that value?", and "what data supports this idea?" What do you like best about ProdPad?

You can tell that it was built by product people for product people - frameworks like Now, Next, Later are built in. Set up was quick, took a few hours to get everything working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

No major complaints - maybe if you're used to one of the enterprise tools you might feel like you're missing some functionality, but we were looking for something simple and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a simple, easy-to-use solution to create, document & track new feature ideas and ProdPad has given us exactly that. There's a good level of customisation available, so we were able to align with the way our product features are set up. "Not very flexible but forces you to work within well defined product management framework"

What do you like best about ProdPad?

ProdPad is built exclusively for product managers and every feature there serves their process. From setting objectives, planning initiatives and ideas that can get you there.

Personally, I liked the feedback and contact management the most. It allows to use ProdPad as CRM of sorts to maintain the list of product champions and keep the close contact with them regarding product feedback and ideas testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

Very limited customization abilities across. For example, each feedback has a field to identify its source. However, you cannot edit its values and are stuck with a field that you can't use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing tool for gathering Product Backlog requests"

What do you like best about ProdPad?

The best part about Prodpad is the ease with which we can create our backlog and capture feedback from our stakeholders and customers as well. We have also linked it with our Jira for a seamless integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProdPad?

Prodpad helps foster a culture of feedback in our company by enabling all our customer facing colleagues to quickly and easily submit the feedback they receive on a daily basis from our customers or target users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

The functionality of the app is pretty good, although there are some small bugs and usability issues. I often have to log out and relogin to see the most recent feedback. "Great tool not only for PMs, but also for the rest of your company"

What do you like best about ProdPad?

I like how ProdPad brings structure to a ProdPad team so that every PM shares a similar process and level of information. I also really like that it makes the operational part of the job easier so that PMs can focus on all the other important parts: talking to users, talking with stakeholders and strategizing. But what I absolutely love about ProdPad is that it has the best structure to align the whole company around the same goals, shares the strategy transparently and make sure that everyone's voice and ideas are heard. What do you dislike about ProdPad?

nothing about ProdPad really - if I have to say one thing, I'd say that the onboarding of colleagues who are not directly in the product team requires a bit of effort, as they need to understand some concepts first (how a feedback ties to an idea, the idea to an opportunity, and the opportunity to at least one objective) but this is also part of what the product team has to do: educate others. Helps me visualise to the entire organisation what the product team is working on now, and what we intend to do next.
