Before Prodpad, we had feedback from disparate sources. We also struggled to manage, and link, ideas and feedback to initiatives and share this with stakeholders so that they could understand the value, and impact, of what we delivered. With Prodpad, we can seamlessly combine the feedback from multiple channels and easily link it to the initiatives that we work on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Well-Organized Roadmapping with Great Feedback & Slack Integration"

What do you like best about ProdPad?

It is really well organized for Product Decision making in terms of starting with strategic objectives and breaking them down into roadmap initiatives. We also love the customer feedback section which is directly fed from a section in our product. We also use the Feedback slack integration so we can keep on top of all the feedback we receive. Pricing is straightforward and the support we receive from ProdPad is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

While the slack integration is really helpful, it would be even better if it included the company of the user who provides the feedback so our CSMs know which feedback they should be focused on for follow-up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
