**What do you like best about Privio Edge?**

I like how it combines lead management, follow-up tracking, and sales executive monitoring in one place without feeling overwhelming. The mobile accessibility and real-time activity tracking make it easy to stay on top of my sales team’s performance.

**What do you dislike about Privio Edge?**

The interface could be a bit more modern and customizable. Some reports and dashboards are fairly structured, so having more flexibility around filters and visualizations would be helpful. Also, integrations with more third-party tools (email, WhatsApp, or accounting software) would make it even more powerful.

**What problems is Privio Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Privio Edge helps us centralize our leads and customer conversations in one place. Instead of relying on spreadsheets or scattered messages, we now have a clear view of deal progress, sales executive activities, and follow-up reminders. It has made our sales operations more disciplined and measurable. It’s especially useful for tracking field teams and ensuring that no lead falls through the cracks.
