Everything that is needed to fulfill GDPR compliance. Detailed data processor management with review cycles etc. We use the activities log, so at the the end of the year, we got a comprehensive report of all the things that happened within the year. The filters are easy to use and make finding a specific ROPA or answering questions a breeze. The task management allowed me to assign tasks into the organization, so I do not have to do everything. The best was the onboarding, which is included. All of the documentation was transferred into the DPMS by the Raptor Compliance Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing is dependent on which server option you choose. It is around 20% more expensive to use their non-US provider clouds(one from Swisscom in Switzerland and lonos in Germany ).
