**What do you like best about PrismHR?**

I think PrismHR is a very comprehensive system that covers all areas of managing businesses, especially dealing with the complexities of payroll, taxes, and benefit management and reconciliation. It really helps us optimize the offerings we provide to our clients. The interface for processing payroll is nice and ensures everything is accurate, in line, and ready to process. It also helps in managing all benefit payments and coordination with clients. The onboarding tool for benefits is great too, guiding people through their benefit selections and helping them understand the costs. Additionally, the PrismHR team is very knowledgeable and helpful during the setup process, making sure everything is set up correctly.

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

There are some areas of PrismHR that aren't very customizable. Customization and branding could use some improvement and flexibility of features. The initial setup process is pretty complicated, with many components and modules.

**What problems is PrismHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use PrismHR to manage benefits, payroll, and the administrative side of business operations. It helps us handle payroll, tax complexities, reporting and benefit management efficiently, optimizing our client offerings.

I love that Prism HR has everything in order and it is not so hard to understand for first time user.

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

I do not like that it cannot be color edited. I want it to match my aestethic but it does not change to dark theme.

HR issues such as E-verify and PTO, it helps me and my team to be able to help employees as soon as there are issues.

The employee portal is pretty well set up. Easy to use as an employee.

It still needs to improve on technical issues.

It has improved the syncing process to the ATS systems. Makes the payroll process easier and more efficient avoiding errors.

the layout is pretty easy to navigate, relatively intuitive.

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

clunky processes, slow back end, disconnected modules (onboarding not a part of the overall hr platform etc)

**What do you like best about PrismHR?**

We have used Fourth as our HRIS for many years. I love how simple and organized the system is. It is easy to use and I use it all day, everyday. Our Fourth specialists are very supportive and responsive. Fourth has so many features and they are easy to access. The system implemented well.

I do have some integration issues at times. Sometimes we have errors within PrismHR and HotSchedules.

Organization of HR related documentation.

Payroll sytsem that is somewhat easy to use once you have built it , it is very customizeable
Chat feature for service issues is very fast. 
Not alot of downtime with the application and we are cloud based so if any issues arise it automatically gets fixed for us as well.

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

Support when putting in a ticket for issues is not the greatest , use the chat feature

Making 1 system to layer all of our needs into one with partners to help facilitate all of our business needs.

It an application which is easy to work on it also simplifies my work and help me to save my time for spending on other thing, He tp manage data at one place and can easily be handeled.

Little updation is needed in that and I know you can bring it.

**What do you like best about PrismHR?**

The best thing about onesource is their newly added Pay by Day option for people needing some of their paycheck a bit early if something comes us.  This feature is extremely recent but has been great for employees.  The easy to use login and ability to review basically all of your earning and finances in an easy to use format is a plus.

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

I think the site could be updated a little bit and include a decent app for smart phones.

**Recommendations to others considering PrismHR:**

Get it.  It is an amazing platform that will simplify all payroll/hr needs.

**What problems is PrismHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a one stop source for all finance needs applying to my job.  If I have a question or concern their support team is on the phone immediately fixing the problem or answering a question.

**What do you like best about PrismHR?**

This tool is very simple to use and user friendly. We can track our attendance everyday with the help of this tool. There are so many other facilities like claims, IT return, form 16, leave details, salary breakup details etc available on this tool.

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

Claiming of CTC and Non-CTC are little difficult. We also don't get the notifications on the home page for any claims or applied leaves. Regularization, changing the shift plan and swap the week offs are little difficult if you are doing it first time.

**What problems is PrismHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track our attendance. 
We can change our shift plan. 
We can swap the week offs . 
We can track our leaves and apply the leaves from this tool. 
We can claims our CTC or Non-CTC claims with this tool. 
We get the form 16 for IT return. 
Every month salary slip with complete details.

**What do you like best about PrismHR?**

The help files are typically comprehensive and provide detailed information about the task I am trying to complete. Integrating it with our timekeeping software is very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

There is a significant learning curve in comparison to similar software. Setting up a PTO plan by accessing multiple screens makes it difficult to navigate these processes. Recently, an update was made that keeps us from having multiple instances of the software simultaneously, which keeps us from being able to reference what we have set up previously on other screens.

**What problems is PrismHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use PrismHR to maintain benefit plans, PTO tracking plans, and process payroll for our clients. Clients come to us from other PEOs because PrismHR can be individualized to their business.

I feel like the GUI could be more user friendly

Easy to configure and use UI, very similar to Facebook in it's layout

Oversimplification of important documents (W2s, benefits, etc.) make it difficult to drill down on specifics

Easy to manage time off and company directory

**What do you like best about PrismHR?**

I like the search tool the best. You can search for anything within the search bar within a specific client and it will narrow down the search. 

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

I do not like that you cannot toggle the screen back and forth between different windows and have multiple windows open at once. 

**Recommendations to others considering PrismHR:**

If you would like to be able to open multiple windows at once this product will not do that. It does have good reporting features but it may take you a bit to find what you are looking for.

I love all of the reports I could pull for company data. Everything I need to know is in Prism, easy to use

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

There are so many reports, it is hard to know which is best to get the information i need. If they had a webinar for use/ report data/ that would be extremely helpful!

It gives me insight to all of my employees!

Not much, it should be a one stop shop for our HR needs and it's far from it.

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

Can't even track PTO correctly in Massachusetts; where the company is based!!! This is the MOST frustration thing for me and my employees. I have a FREE excel spreadsheet that can do this but yet PrismHR can't cap or handle carryover...

Should be a central repository for all my HR information, but doesn't.

I may switch my PEO of 17 years because of the software.

I like that it has possible capabilities to do what I need it to do.

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

I don't like that the information provided to me is all over the place. It does not appear to be organized. Plus there are so many sections grayed out that I need and have to put the informeation elsewhere. It doesn't cap the sick time or vacation time therefore I always have to figure out the calculations for what is real out manually.

When reviewing an issue an employee is having with payroll it is helpful to have access to the payroll vouchers.

It's very intuitive, user friendly, I love the search box to find reports, employees, functions, almost anything!

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

The PTO setup system was kind of difficult and didn't work sometimes the way it should, that was my least favorite part of it.

Payroll is so much easier to use than the other payroll systems I've used in the past, Benefits, new hires and terminations and reports too.

Workflow Functionality is good, easy to fetch information and decent payroll software.

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

Most of the features which we required were a bit slow in development and is a bit challenging to learn and have a greater learning curve.

I love how easy it is to navigate! My clients can easily keep track of everything once they learn how to use the system

Sometimes it is difficult to learn, but this is the same with multiple similar softwares. Once you find out how to pull various reports, it becomes much easier to utilize.

Be patient in the beginning, you will learn and it will be much easier to use

No major problems once I got the hang of where all of the options were, but the benefits are great. Easy to navigate for both me and my clients, they can easily keep track of all employee information, payroll, etc

**What do you like best about PrismHR?**

Prism HR loads quickly and is fairly easy to understand. The navigation is straightforward and the software is accessible in terms of overall look and colors. Initial setup is easy, walks you through everything. 

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

Sometimes I'm missing information about myself in the software and I don't understand why. For example, right now I'm not seeing any recent pay statements, even though I'm getting paid every 2 weeks as scheduled. 

**What problems is PrismHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not on the HR team here, but as an employee it gives you easy access to looking at your pay and benefits all in one place and making sure your personal information is entered correctly.

**What do you like best about PrismHR?**

The ease of use is the absolute best part of this tool. It makes it simple to view what you need to view as an employee. I've absolutely loved being able to have a single source of truth for all my HR needs. As an employee who uses this and can pull information easily from it I've been delighted with the functionality. 

**What do you dislike about PrismHR?**

The look and the feel of the product is very dated and doesn't feel super slick. At times I wish it had a more modern feel to the product even with just the way the bars are set up however at the end of the day the tool performs exactly how I need it to. I'm not going to say in any way shape or form that this product doesn't meet the requirements of to which it has been designed however it's simply the tool that fit what we needed at the time and that's not going to change for us anytime soon.

**Recommendations to others considering PrismHR:**

The ease of use and keeping it within your range of price would be something I highly recommend. This is a product that you can easily implement and keep within your scope of products. It's been something that we've taken a look at for awhile now and if you consider how many products exist in the HR space this fits most of the requirements.

It's kept all of our HR data stored and organized. This has allowed all of our employees an easy access. This also is stored in the cloud which has freed up our resources.

This systems is able to be used for multiple clients and internal employees.

It freezes from time to time. This could be from the amount of users using the platform.
