It has a pay as you go function that works extremely well for my o􀁷ice, I'm never taken by surprise by a huge4 bill I don't understand. the reporting and functionality gives you a ton of information to streamline your process and make the most out of every minute and dollar. The predictive dialer is a per seat cost and extremely efficient. More work in less time. **What do you dislike about Predictive Dialer & Voice Broadcast Dialer?** The only con I can think of is the name isn't spoken on the outbound message of the voice broadcast. **Recommendations to others considering Predictive Dialer & Voice Broadcast Dialer:** The people there are great, friendly and motivated to answer all your concerns. The new html5 is faster than they Ignore flash they use to use. **Recommendations to others considering Predictive Dialer & Voice Broadcast Dialer:** Easy to use and setup. I like the fact i can chage the speed, caller id, and almost antying else in real time..I can even listen and coache my employees right from the dialer. the support staff is their for me any time i need them and live chat is almost always available. I dont need to call there office much as most of the billing, and functionaliyt of the dialer is automated. I have recomended this product to many of my business colleges.
