**What do you like best about Pragmatist?**

As a growing startup, I spent a lot of time manually managing my client and partner relationship funnels and status using Excel. Pragmatist has helped streamline and organize my relationships and related metrics in one place with less hands-on time for me.

**What do you dislike about Pragmatist?**

There was a slight learning curve for navigating the software, and some options could be more intuitive, but after using it for a while this is no longer an issue. After using the software for a while, I ended up switching to another software that housed the same purposes but was developed specifically for legal services.

**What problems is Pragmatist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My CRM "systems" before were disorganized and required too much manual work, which took me away from other marketing efforts and work time. Pragmatist helped me stay more organized and freed me up to spend more time on other aspects of my business.
