PowerSchool Professional Learning Reviews & Product Details

We have just switched from Fronltine Professional Growth to PowerSchool Unified Talent Professional Learning at the end of the 23-24 school year. Our district is using Professional Learning to track all in-person and asynchronous professional development lead by in-district instructional coaches and trainers. We are also using Professional Learning to track evening activities and faculty meetings across all 14 of our district buildings. The ability to use dynamic rules to assign the correct staff members to available playlists for their individual building/departments is a game changer. The rules help to add new employees to the correct playlist so that they can find available required and recommended trainings, meetings and other in-house professional development opportunities as their accounts are created through our eFinance/PowerSchool systems freeing up our Human Resources Department from manually creating accounts and attaching them to the appropriate building and departments in the system.
