A programmer's greatest motivation is excellence. Personal success is often measured in relation to others. Excellence, on the other hand, can only be measured against oneself. The motto is to exhaust one's own talents and abilities. The employee at POWERGAP can and should live this out. Monetary arguments are certainly also a motivation. Our employees are paid above average and participate in the success of the company.
Since money alone does not bring happiness, other things are also part of it. An almost homely office atmosphere with wooden tables, great light, individual seating furniture and a view of the countryside, for example. A kicker and always filled candy basket. A lunch together. The same company slippers for everyone (see photo above) :) Or modern tools such as large monitors and ultra-quiet computers. Satisfaction is the addition of many small things.
