There are so many different gifts and ways for us to surprise and delight customers. It's been a great added tool for me to increase our customized customer support and reinforce positive wins without having to worry about the manual act of mailing things myself. Generally, I've really liked Postal. Occasionally there I wish for more low dollar amount items (specifically certain brands of Gift Cards), but find that there is always a range to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently started using Postal and I have to say, it’s been a fantastic experience!
First off, the tool is incredibly easy to learn and use. Even if you're not particularly tech-savvy, you'll find it intuitive and straightforward. I was able to navigate through the features without any hassle.
Another highlight is the wide variety of options available. Whether you're looking to send gifts, cards, or other items, Postal has something for everyone. The selection allows you to personalize your sending experience, making it perfect for any occasion.

-Pricing: Many items are costly, and the pricing structure is confusing. A clearer breakdown would help users understand costs better.
- Gift Options: Allowing users to request specific gift options would enhance personalization

Since you mentioned wanting to have templates, I am happy to tell you that this functionality exists today! Templates are set up by an Admin and are accessible in the Profile under Saved Messages. Once the messages are saved there, anyone on the team can utilize them.

There is a very large selection of gifts, and the magic link option makes the gift easy to send. Postal's Paper Plane team has been very quick to respond to questions about customized gifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The options for triggers in Postal are limited. I also do not believe it is possible to send a printout or any accompanying collateral aside from the existing card with the gifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm a very happy Postal user - I enjoy the Marketplace options, Paper Plane agency, On-Demand Swag, Magic Links, Collections and more. We've had a strong partnership with Postal that has allowed us to completely up-level our customer programs across retention/loyalty, cross-sell, upsell and advocacy. At times, we've experienced a few glitchy items within the Postal platform that have required support/CS to remediate. There are also a few funky items that can be reached in three different ways that causes confusion for new users - i.e. order reports and inventory Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Postal is really easy to learn. Being able to filter by country as to what is available to send there is so easy. Creating a magic link, which is what i typically do, is so easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you create multiple magic links in a day for someone, it blocks it without telling you. Which i understand but wish i could be properly notified. But my CSM helped me figure out how to 'undo' when it gets blocked, so that is good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Postal makes it easy and seamless for me to send gifts to my customers. They have so many options to chose as well, which makes it nice to personalize the gift if you have a client that you know specifically likes something. I use it every week and have had no issues so far. When my company switched over to Postal, it was easy to implement and move on from our last service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The options of gifting items to choose from is great, and you can provide suggestions of items to add to the platform. The ability to use QR codes and Magiclinks are great for prospecting and event gifting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are options on certain items to add a personalized card/message, but I wish this was available on all items - especially warehoused items where we can have branded cards printed on demand.
