We love Postal because it is easy to use, everything always works the way it should, and it's essentially an extension of our team. We use Postal to scale our partner demand generation programs, and without it, we would not be able to scale our programs in the way we do now. Also, our account manager, Courtney, is AMAZING, she is so responsive and whenever we have an issue, she helps us, she always owns anything we need from her, and she's always an advocate for us. I'm a very happy Postal user - I enjoy the Marketplace options, Paper Plane agency, On-Demand Swag, Magic Links, Collections and more. At times, we've experienced a few glitchy items within the Postal platform that have required support/CS to remediate. Postal makes it easy and seamless for me to send gifts to my customers. They have so many options to chose as well, which makes it nice to personalize the gift if you have a client that you know specifically likes something.
