MFA for selected user groups is wonderful as is the time savings for the help desk due to self service password reset. We like the MFA options (3rd party email, SMS, auth apps, etc) and ability for users to customize their options/experience. Additionally, their support team has been exceptional to work with! **What do you dislike about PortalGuard?** Setup was slightly cumbersome due to all the options. However, the ability to customize it just like we'd like far outweighs the setup. **What problems is PortalGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Self-service password reset was our main requirement. We have also selectively implemented MFA. We've realized all the security benefits of MFA (where implemented) as well as the help desk time savings of not having to reset user's passwords. ### 3. This was the perfect tool. ### 6.
