**What do you like best about Policy & Procedure Management?**

Creating Assessments based on information provided in the documentation allows us to be sure that the users are up to date and thoroughly read the policies and procedures that we created and that they confirm them by scoring high in the quiz

**What do you dislike about Policy & Procedure Management?**

They provide three packages for the product and for full functionalities you need to buy the platinum package which in some cases our customers are finding expensive

**What problems is Policy & Procedure Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are achieving compliance and ensuring that all employees are informed of all policies and procedures and quickly updating them on the go, and ensuring that every employee is appropriately informed. We are securing our Environment by minimizing the risk of exposure to security breaches and enhancing the company performance against auditing, and saving money on hiring external consultants for creating policies and procedures and applying them.

Can see visible results post-following policy and procedure . It not only improves productivity but also makes us believe in the transparency of the process.

Requires time and trust in the process to be followed by an individual.

Problems like an individual's trust in the process gets increased post which he/she believes more on the system.
