"Streamlined HR Management but Needs Niche Workflow Improvements"
What do you like best about Pocket HRMS?

I love using Pocket HRMS for handling all my day-to-day HR tasks in one simple, reliable place. It's been my go-to for running payroll accurately and on time, tracking employee attendance and leave requests, and keeping all employee records organized and secure. What I like most about Pocket HRMS is how it simplifies HR without overcomplicating everything. It’s intuitive enough that my team and I didn’t need weeks of training to start using it daily. The payroll runs smoothly and accurately, saving me so much time and stress each pay period. I also really appreciate the employee self-service portal. My staff can check payslips, request time off, and update their info on their own, which cuts down on constant back-and-forth messages. It’s a straightforward, effective tool that makes managing HR for small and mid-sized teams way less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocket HRMS?

I’ve also found that a few of the more niche HR workflows aren’t as flexible out of the box. Things like custom approval chains or specialized onboarding checklists require a bit more setup than I expected, and the interface can feel slightly clunky when you’re trying to configure those deeper settings. A few small but meaningful changes would make Pocket HRMS much more user-friendly, especially around those niche workflows and the overall interface. Right now, setting up custom approval chains for things like extended leave or expense reimbursements can feel a little hidden; you have to dig through multiple menus to adjust who gets notified and when, which isn’t very intuitive. It would be huge if those workflow-builder tools were more visual, drag-and-drop, and easier to preview before launching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
