"Side-by-Side Reporting Makes Multi-Location Performance Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Plum POS?

Running three locations can be stressful at times, and what I care about most is being able to compare performance across stores without having to pull separate reports for each one. Plum’s reporting lets me view sales, labor, and inventory side by side, which makes it much easier to spot when one location is underperforming or running into food cost issues that the others aren’t. What do you dislike about Plum POS?

Rolling out the kiosks across all three locations took a bit longer than I’d budgeted, mainly because each site has a slightly different layout. I’d also appreciate more transparency into how the forecasting tool generates its predictions, since it still feels like a bit of a black box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
