The interface feels clean and easy to navigate, while still offering the essentials for managing staff, appointments, patients, and everyday clinic operations. I also appreciate that it’s a modern, web-based platform, so there’s no complicated installation or extra infrastructure to maintain. Overall, the experience comes across as straightforward and practical for smaller clinics that want to move away from outdated or overly complex systems. **What do you dislike about Plinical?** The main thing I dislike at the moment is that some parts of the onboarding and setup experience still feel unfinished. A few things were not immediately clear when I first started using the platform, and some important information could be communicated better through the interface and email notifications. **What problems is Plinical solving and how is that benefiting you?** Plinical brings the main day-to-day clinic management tasks into one place, instead of having to rely on a combination of spreadsheets, emails, messages, and separate tools. It makes it easier to manage patients, appointments, staff, and clinic information from a single system. The biggest benefit for me is having a more organised workflow and being able to access everything through one web-based platform.
