The features I like the most are the recording of sessions and the heat map tables, essential information that allows you to see in-depth what is working on your site and what is not. **What do you dislike about Plerdy?** What I don't like is that it is peculiar to my use case; the data storage time for me is very short. I had essential data deleted after six months, unable to compare it with current data (in my case, I review user behavior annually). We often 'take a punt' on interesting-looking tools and software, liked the look and feel of Plerdy but could see that it wasn't quite as mature as we would like to see. Boy, how we regret that now. Plerdy support has always been great, but the service improvements and extra features over those 2 years as well as improvements to speed and security have made this into a superb platform. We use Plerdy not just for analysing user journey through SaaS, but also across our marketing site surfacing offers and buying nudges according to customer segments and behaviour patterns. We have provided access to the embedded screen capture tool to our brand advocates and pilot users for new features, allowing them to upload annotated screenshots from our SaaS that is then added to a support queue for resolution or adding to our roadmap. So easy to use once embedded, and has revolutionised how we can get our user community engaged and focus on their needs quickly and easily. As we used the service more we broke the limits of the lifetime deal and ended up taking out a full subscription. Can't recommend highly enough, give it a go! **What do you dislike about Plerdy?** There is a lot of functionality and it takes some time to learn how to get the most out of the system. The support and tutorials are great, and the support is very responsive. We would love to see more videos on real-world examples and how to combine Plerdy with other tools to create killer processes and feedback loops that are highly automated. We have not yet looked at the SEO tools, as we use specialist tools such as HFRefs for this, and it looks like a good entry level tool but looks a little light at the moment. Apart from this - keep up the fantastic work on enriching and growing the Plerdy platform. **What problems is Plerdy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Plerdy for detailed user interactions with our SaaS and marketing services, as well as eliciting user feedback and service improvement requests. For example, thanks to Plerdy click heatmaps, we found out that visitors omitted our most important navigation entries (possibly that they looked too much like headings). We could not have guessed this, and no SEO or A/B testing tool would have told us. Actually seeing how your visitors interact with your website content is invaluable for optimisation. Quite importantly, (since we aren't technical) customer service has been very responsive, and Plerdy is a solution we have been able to implement ourselves. **What do you dislike about Plerdy?** Plerdy does a really good job at collecting data - but I think they could do better at presenting the data visually. It helps you see the site's weak points and strong points, under a standard one-line deployment. If you're doing CRO, user mapping, just wanting to understand where your users find things confusing and drop off - Plerdy can help. It's quite close to doing user research by looking over their shoulder to be honest. With so many other tools you have to jump for heatmaps to one, for seo to another, for user flow to flawed analytics and so on and so on. Here the data is consolidated, and easily comparable. This is a massive time saver and accuracy keeper. With a tool like this the team can help their users so much by recording videos of workflows and tutorials, and while they have these case studies and whatnot, like many others I find the potential is not nearly used enough. Tutorials are in tiny bits where longer deep dives would be desireable.
