**What do you like best about Plerdy?**

It was easy to set up, pretty easy to use and when i didn't know how to do something their support team was resonsive.  It has a bunch of features that I like, and the price is great!

I wish the heatmaps showed mouse cursor movements.

**What do you like best about Plerdy?**

We want to understand customer's and visitor's behavior when they land on our website. This is very important as it guides us with all our marketing activities. This is where Plerdy helps us a lot with the heatmaps, A/B testing, and video recording of session features. It's a very cost-effective solution for our business as others with the same features cost much more. I also like the ease of use as the UI is quite intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Plerdy?**

Sometimes it's quite overloaded. With so many features it takes time to set it up properly. So ease of implementation can be improved.

**What problems is Plerdy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerdy is helping us with customer/visitor behavior analysis and SEO. It's helping us in structuring our product offering.

Plerdy is both feature packed and quite easy to use. 
Tracking user behaviour to uncover UX insights becomes a piece of cake!

**What do you dislike about Plerdy?**

Making sense of some of the metrics / dashboards can be a bit hard at the beginning, especially if you're not familiar with behavioral analytics.

**What problems is Plerdy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plerdy provides an easy way to track user beahvior across my webapp & websites.
Looking at session replays, heatmaps and user events' dashboards helps me identify frictions in my navigation and onboarding flows.

I am impressed by the good of Plerdy, especially at the website recording for improving customer experience and simple analytics for SEO checkers like keyword and website click. this tool helped me to analyze all the inefficiency of my website so customers can easily access my business value

Plerdy has some aspects that need to improve because when i start using it for the first time it could be a bit confusing because of too many features. so it will be good if they can improve the user experience to be more user-friendly and easier to understand. A redesign to make it more intuitive would be helpful.

A lot of tools, easy to use, forms and feed back are a really good plus. You have more feaures than Hotjar. Customer support is really good too.

Shopify installation is not easy to do, app is going separated than other accounts and if you dont use the app is not easy to tag properly the conversions.

**What do you like best about Plerdy?**

I have been able to use Plerdy to be a fly on the wall and watch exactly what my users are doing. I use Plerdy exclusively for their video recordings if user sessions. I managed to fix some key frustration points that I didn't know existed which has converted more sales. I honestly wouldn't be without Plerdy now.

I would like to see better filtering for video playback.

**What do you like best about Plerdy?**

I've owned and used Plerdy for about 1-1/2 years now.

After implementing Plerdy into some of my highest traffic pages, I was able to use the heatmaps and user recordings to see how people were actually interacting on my pages.

What i found out was that on some pages, people were not scrolling down past the hero image and the dwell time showed how it suffered because of that. I would not have known what sections were causing people to bounce had I not used Plerdy.

The video recordings of people actually using my website are really enlightening as to what I need to change and improve on my pages. 

Plerdy has now introduced a free A/B Testing tool that will allow me to fine-tune each page and get real data needed to improve things in a very granular method.

**What do you dislike about Plerdy?**

I would like to see some more beginner level tutorials that walk thru how a new user implements the app and actual user case studies. This app is such a powerful tool for improving my website but I'm barely scratching the surface of the benefits that I can get from it.

The heatmaps and session replays show me exactly how people are interacting with specific pages and sections.  It gives me very helpful insight and data that I would not get any other way.

Didn't need to contact customer support in the past, because everything was working fine.

Can't really say that I found something that I dislike. If I need to give one, then they could speed up the loading time of the recordings.

One of the best things I like is that Plerdy just provides information in a quick format that's easy to see. You can see how many people are coming from mobile/tablets/PCs at a glance for every page and what type of traffic it is: direct, referral, social, etc. The video sessions really give a view of what visitors are doing on your page and what is grabbing their attention.

It was difficult to get my account set up with Plerdy as it was a AppSumo deal, and the instructions were wrong. But while I expected not to hear back from Customer Service, I was pleasantly surprised at how much they helped ... although communication was slow, so it took a bit to fix. Also, some numbers don't match Google Analytics, so that is a bit confusing on which one is more accurate.

Plerdy has a ton of features necessary to improve your website conversion rate, helping to make statisically-relevant, incremental changes to a given site, to drive more visitors down the ideal path to more leads and sales.

With A/B testing it becomes much easier to set statisical signifiance and let the users vote with their clicks and scroll depth.

Session recordings are valuable to have a bird's-eye view of exactly what path your potential customers take to reach what they're looking for, allowing you to create multiple pathways to generate traffic and build your list the right way.

Installation is simple to integrate and easy to use by copying a line of code and putting it in the website header.

**What do you dislike about Plerdy?**

It can be somewhat difficult to balance all the numbers, make sense of the data and implement it, however that's rather common with most CRO analytical tools.

There's a lot to analyze, but once it's done and focus is created on the right changes, these things work themselves out in the long-term.

Customer support could be a little more responsive. I sent an email reply regarding an article I couldn't find based on a tiktok video, but never received a reply.

Plerdy takes the guesswork out of obtaining the correct customer pathing for a website. You start with a general hypothesis based on the key goals of a given customer, then reign it in with user sessions, heat/click maps and apply what you've learned to a modified page, then let A/B testing shoot it out until there's a winner.

That of itself is the biggest benefit.

One of the main things that drew me to plerdy was the ability to generate heat maps of the website. In essence, I'm able to see exactly what a visitor is looking at and responding to/clicking. No more guessing!

It was a little bit condusing at first as to which of the tools were included, and which were addons. While I would have liked the SEO tool without the add on, the main draw of Plerdy is more than covered with the initial offering.

It's easy to get set-up generally, and there are a lot of helpful video resources to guide you, but for non-technical people, the interface and operation can take a little getting used to. But it's not really an issue to be concerned about if you're considering the product.
