What do you like best about PlayMaker CRM?

PlayMaker made a huge difference in how our marketing team planned their week and became much more efficient in organizing their contacts. We now have a plan of attack with a purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlayMaker CRM?

The desktop version can be a bit cumbersome and has a lot of material to learn so that it can be used efficiently. The marketing team lean towards using the phone app much more than the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PlayMaker CRM?

I like that I can search doctors/facilities by county and see their insurance payor mix. O also like that I can assign the doctors and facilities to myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlayMaker CRM?

I don't like that the data is not in real time. It is info from a few months prior. For example- when I want to look up which home health company a doctor uses, the info is from months ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
