**What do you like best about Player care platform?**

The platform is simply fantastic for simplifying player support and providing them with a knowledge base about our game. It became our single point of contact for all player's needs and made our small team life a lot easier without the complexity that characterizes many popular competing options. Additionally, the team is very supportive and develops new features very rapidly.

**What do you dislike about Player care platform?**

The platform is still in its infancy, and many desirable features are still in development. However, the team is very responsive to our requests and prioritizes the features we need.

**What problems is Player care platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a single platform for all players need, facilitating tickets management within our customer support team, Discord bot and more.
