# Which review management software can monitor customer reviews across Google, Facebook, and other major platforms?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hello G2 folks, picture a Friday at 9pm: a one-star lands on Yelp, another on Google, and nobody notices until Monday. That gap is what I am researching: which review management software can genuinely monitor customer reviews across Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Yelp, and whatever else your industry lives on, from one dashboard? </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Comparing<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/review-management-software"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/review-management-software">review management</a> software, three approaches stand out:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/birdeye/reviews"><strong>Birdeye</strong></a>: monitoring built around exactly this, spanning Google, Facebook, and a long tail of industry review sites, with alerts firing as reviews land rather than in a weekly digest.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/reputation/reviews"><strong>Reputation</strong></a> (formerly Reputation.com): multi-location monitoring across Google, Facebook, and vertical sites like healthcare and automotive directories, pulled into a single feed with location-level ownership.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/sprinklr-social/reviews"><strong>Sprinklr Social</strong></a>: a social suite rather than a dedicated review tool, which cuts in its favor here, since Facebook is native ground and review sources join the same monitored inbox as social mentions.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/embedreviews/reviews"><strong>EmbedReviews</strong></a>: the lightweight option, collecting Google and Facebook reviews into one feed, best for teams who mainly want everything aggregated and showcased in one place.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">The question behind the question: which review platform do these tools quietly miss for your industry, Tripadvisor, Healthgrades, Zillow, and did a monitoring gap ever force you to add a second tool?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

&lt;p&gt;The Friday night one-star scenario is way too real. What gets me is even with a monitoring tool, someone still has to be the person who checks it on a weekend, the software doesn&#39;t remove that human bottleneck. I&#39;d rather know which of these actually has decent mobile alerts than which one covers the most review sites.&lt;/p&gt;
