Good planning tool but can be improved further!! **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Shubham D. | Management Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2025 **What do you like best about Planzer.io?** The tool is pretty user-friendly and setting up projects and tasks is quite simple and I really like how the timelines are visually appealing and clear as it makes it easy to track the progress of all the tasks I'm currently working on and even the ones I've completed and closed. **What do you dislike about Planzer.io?** Advanced analytics features for reporting and also customization options for reports are something which can be really improved and worked upon to better it a lot better and easier and the customer support team response could be improved to make it a bit faster **What problems is Planzer.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Planzer.io is like any other planner tool which helps us to organize stuff for our team and act as a central repository where we can check and review the progress of all tasks, timelines, and project updates for all the teams to be on the same page ### 2. This simplistic & neat UI makes all the difference and syncs nicely with Google and Outlook calendars. **What do you dislike about Planzer.io?** So far I encountered nothing which requires any immediate remedy or any actions from dev team or support team. **What problems is Planzer.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having mutiple calendars for personal and office becomes a major pain once appointments piles up. Either you scroll them side by side or wait for notification to pop-up from any of calendars. Planzer syncs up all my meetings into one calender which really takes away the pain of any deliberation or wait for notifications. Simplistic UI pace-up the actions when day is filled with meetings and appointments. ### 3.
