I love its ability to set due dates for each item on a list. Its calendar view gives me a great visual representation of my tasks, making it easy to plan my workload. The option to add tags to cards is brilliant for categorization and filtering. Recurring cards makes repetitive tasks easy to schedule. In short, Planyway's intuitive interface and powerful features make it an excellent choice for **What do you dislike about Planyway?** So far I like almost everything. I use it on a business setting. Maybe a more affordable tier for personal use, but with maybe a few less features would be apreciated. **What problems is Planyway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Planyway eliminates the risk of missed deadlines. The calendar views provide a comprehensive overview of tasks, facilitating effective prioritization and conflict resolution. Customizable tagging system eliminates the frustration of searching through a cluttered task list. Planyway helps me automate the creation of recurring tasks, eliminating the need for manual input and ensuring consistency in task management. ### 3. I don't know of any other app with such fast and efficient turnaround on feature delivery. My most favored features are that I can organize tasks by cards and lists, and can drag and drop them and track time for them. **What do you dislike about Planyway?** A lot of the features have been moved to paid, like recurring cards, milestones or google calendar integration. When a user initially signs up to the platform, they are enrolled in a 2 week free trial with all features made available. However, those features vanish once the FT is over. I was tricked initially into not being able to tell between the temporarily free and the permanently free options, until I checked the pricing page. I believe they should clarify upfront the features that are only free for the trial **What problems is Planyway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Planyway can be used to time block all your projects, sorted into Trello cards. It allows you to visualize your calendar which helped me organize my life. Their UI is really slick and feature-rich (You can look at 3 day/7 day/1 month windows, easily move the cards around, change labels and dates etc) - I also find the side-by-side view of calendar and the task board useful. Easy to add incoming tasks to the board and then add them to calendar - I like the timer feature and logging the time feature too. **What do you dislike about Planyway?** - There is no good/easy way to move card from one list to another. I have to click the card -> see lists -> search from the dropdown. I cannot also search the list names by prefix or they are also not displayed alphabetically sorted, which makes it harder to search for lists. **What problems is Planyway solving and how is that benefiting you?** - It allows me to have a focussed view of my tasks. MY trello board has >20 lists and 190+ cards. On standard board view, its too many cards to look at. Its very easy to lose focus. With planyway, I can only see the cards which are due today/this week and that keeps me stay focussed. ### 6. Each card is also complemented with additional fields like time estimation, priority and tracking using logging or stopwatch. We can also connect to Google/Outlook calendars, and can edit, reschedule meetings via Planyway. It also has Android/iOS apps to ensure cross platform usage **What do you dislike about Planyway?** The app is laggy and slow to load often. It lacks integration support with existing task management tools. The android app is also heavy and slow to load. Thus, the UI is also simple and antiquated. **What problems is Planyway solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Planyway to timeblock my trello tasks and meetings from Google calendar. I ensure that I record the time spent on tasks and meetings thanks to the time logging feature. In addition, it also has list and timeline views. It syncs with all boards on the workspace. I connect it to Google calendar to sync my events from there as well, and it allows me to reschedule events from Planyway itself. Each card can be set to repeat, making it easy for repetitive tasks. I can also track time by timer or manual logging. I can mark a card as completed as well. This set of features I am yet to find in another app, that too, for free. **What do you dislike about Planyway?** The Android app is heavy(58MB) compared to modern counterparts. It's often slow to load. Two way sync with GCal not possible in free tier. Cannot color code cards **What problems is Planyway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Planyway is the todo-calendar solution I use to manage my work and personal tasks. Being able to block time for tasks and move them around was a functionality that not even Google provided, which Planyway did, that too for free. I can also log time, which allows me to track how much time I actually spent working on a task. I can mark cards as completed, which is a great productivity boost. This has helped me combine my task management, project management and calendar into a single solution ### 14.
