Planyway has become a great tool for keeping my tasks organized and under control. I love its ability to set due dates for each item on a list. Its calendar view gives me a great visual representation of my tasks, making it easy to plan my workload. The option to add tags to cards is brilliant for categorization and filtering. Recurring cards makes repetitive tasks easy to schedule. In short, Planyway's intuitive interface and powerful features make it an excellent choice for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I like almost everything. I use it on a business setting.

Maybe a more affordable tier for personal use, but with maybe a few less features would be apreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ever since I started using Planyway a year back, it has come a long way in terms of addition and optimization of features like scheduling and drag and drop. I don't know of any other app with such fast and efficient turnaround on feature delivery. My most favored features are that I can organize tasks by cards and lists, and can drag and drop them and track time for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of the features have been moved to paid, like recurring cards, milestones or google calendar integration. When a user initially signs up to the platform, they are enrolled in a 2 week free trial with all features made available. However, those features vanish once the FT is over. I was tricked initially into not being able to tell between the temporarily free and the permanently free options, until I checked the pricing page. I believe they should clarify upfront the features that are only free for the trial Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With all the resources that Planyway offers, I have been able to plan my work in a better way, each task that I have to carry out is entered into the calendar to know what there is to do during the day, and I can also drag and drop to organize what I am doing

I have found it better to work with Planyway and be able to eliminate spreadsheets that do not provide the same resources Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support is not so good, sometimes I have chatted with them for concerns that have been presented to me and I have noticed that they do not have a broad knowledge of the answers because they take time to answer and apart from that they do not provide an easy-to-understand vocabulary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- I mostly use calendar and timeline features and they make me so much productive. Their UI is really slick and feature-rich (You can look at 3 day/7 day/1 month windows, easily move the cards around, change labels and dates etc)

- I also find the side-by-side view of calendar and the task board useful. Easy to add incoming tasks to the board and then add them to calendar

- I like the timer feature and logging the time feature too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- There is no good/easy way to move card from one list to another. I have to click the card -> see lists -> search from the dropdown. I cannot also search the list names by prefix or they are also not displayed alphabetically sorted, which makes it harder to search for lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been a client of Planway for the past two years, and I can confidently say that they have exceeded my expectations. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer any questions. I found their communication to be lacking. There were several instances where I had to follow up with them multiple times to get updates on my portfolio, and their responses were often vague and unhelpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If planyway could be integrated with other tools like rocketlane and smartsheet, that would be so effective in managing all my activities. Such integrations would help in planning tasks well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's great to plan out a high-level plan. We required a way to rough out and iterate timelines for multiple teams at our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest drawback or con is that the interface on the phone is not easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Planyway offers a lot of integrations like Trello, Google which is great. Easy to use and clean interface. I can manage multiple projects which is a great productivity boost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing so bad comes to mind I like it, But I think the mobile version for Android could have more features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
