Planio is an incredible platform for project managers. It has a number of features and functions which helps us with planning and running projects. Planio just makes project management and collaboration so much easier and productive. The key functions which Planio has includes milestone tracking, ticketing, file management, generating gantt charts and roadmaps. The user interface is really good and simple to use. To start, it is a web application oriented towards project management, and the "cuak" is very easy to administer. It allows controlling the activities assigned to a user through tickets, which are very easy to manage due to its convenient interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike most things, I don't think it is very organized. I wish that when I was adding people to stories that I didn't have a long drop-down list of everyone's names - it'd be more friendly to type out someones name and then auto fill it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Has all the features you expect from a great ticket management tool. It can also do customer support. I like the simple style and the fact that they host their customers' data in the EU and pay a lot of attention to data security. The support is also very friendly.
