A lot of the projects that I am on are really hybrid and use a mix of agile and waterfall. I like the Planio is makes it very easy to make customizable templates and Gantt charts. I also love the Kanban board and how easy it is for milestone tracking. **What do you dislike about Planio?** There are a couple of things I do wish that Planio did helped with and it is budget tracking and management around projects. **Recommendations to others considering Planio:** This won't be a portfolio, resource or budget management tool. Only project and milestone management **What problems is Planio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that Planio is a almost a one stop shop to project managing. It really help not having to use various different software to do one thing: Project Management. I think the major benefit is that it is very user friendly where as Project Plan takes a bit to get used to. ### 4. Team chat is also very useful. lastly, I like that they have documentation that can adequately train you in use of their software. Their training webinar is also very helpful for learning the software. **What do you dislike about Planio?** The user interface of Planio looks old and it is much harder to understand then other software management tools when getting started with it. Luckily, the have a training webinar that should help any new users understand the tool better. I also haven't ever found a place to speak to a real person to get support. **What problems is Planio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to manage marketing projects easily with Planio. Also can be used for sales from the vehicle. There is option for a customized web-page for orders or questions. Automatic billing is also a nice touch. **What do you dislike about Planio?** It is limited by features in free version, some of them like for example check of duplicates makes our live much harder. Some time it gets tricky achieving what you need but generally it give good abilities being free solution. **What problems is Planio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are currently using the software to keep track of the task we need to do for each of our web development project and Planio is indeed a great platform.
