We have been seduced by Pivot as it is one of the only tool in the market that offer a complete solution for the whole P2P process and understand our needs to streamline the process. It is intituitive and user-friendly which allows a quick onboarding for the employees. The user experience is excellent, with a clean and simple interface that allows for quick onboarding. Our initial setup was very smooth and quick, allowing us to start using the tool immediately, all within the record time frame we had set.

The technical team at Pivot is truly knowledgeable and demonstrated great availability to address our needs. We were able to integrate the tool into our processes through an API (albeit limited for now), which allowed us to maximize the use of the software.
