There are a few missing features, such as calculated fields. Luckily, with the GraphQL API, one can augment nearly every missing element.

What cannot be augmented, unfortunately, is localization. Pipefy supports a limited number of languages and has a few longstanding issues, such as phone fields not listing the preferred prefix.

It is very easy to structure and manage processes on Pipefy. It's very user-friendly and has a lot of features that enable every user to use this platform. We are evolving our process significantly due to Pipefy! I like a lot that we can see and manage every SLA and that the time to structure a process and start testing and using it is very low. I love that I don't need to involve the IT department on every single improvement that I want for the processes. But the greater benefit is that I can effectively help other departments to improve their processes and our company's services.
